How much does the shipping cost?

Score free shipping on all orders over $80! For orders under $80, a small shipping fee of $14.99 applies.

When will my order be processed?

We process orders in 1-3 business days. In rare cases, it may take up to 5 days due to inventory. Process time extimation will not include days such as Holidays and Weekends.

How long does it take to ship my item?

Following order processing, the shipment will take anywhere from 5 to 12 days to reach your destination.

How do I track my order?

Once shipped, we'll email your tracking number. Track it on our "Track My Order" page.

Can I cancel my order?

Cancelations are possible if you do not receive your package within the timeframe specified for each product. Unfortunately, sometimes orders get sent out before we can process the cancelation.

So if you cancel your order but still receive the package, please go ahead and do one of three things: recycle it, donate it, or enjoy it

What happens if I receive a wrong/damaged item?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Can I return my order?

We have a 14 days return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
